Funeral Blues

Funeral Blues

Stop all the clocks, cut off the telephone,
Prevent the dog from barking with a juicy bone,
Silence the pianos and with muffled drum
Bring out the coffin, let the mourners come.

Let aeroplanes circle moaning overhead
Scribbling on the sky the message He is Dead.
Put crepe bows round the white necks of the public doves,
Let the traffic policemen wear black cotton gloves.

He was my North, my South, my East and West,
My working week and my Sunday rest,
My noon, my midnight, my talk, my song;
I thought that love would last forever: I was wrong.

The stars are not wanted now; put out every one,
Pack up the moon and dismantle the sun,
Pour away the ocean and sweep up the woods;
For nothing now can ever come to any good.

Songbook Parody

21,December,2006 at 7:47 (Book Reference, Lyrics, My Fantasy)

kaya ‘Innuendo’ by Freddy Mercury, ‘Ode to Joy’ by Ludwig van Beethoven, ‘Dead Ringer for Love’ by Meat Loaf, dll.

Title : High Fly the Nazgul O!
Words : Dick Eney
Tune : ‘Green Grow the Rushes O!’

I’ll sing you one O,High
y the Nazgul O!
What is your one O?
One for the One Ring, Lord of all, that was destroyed by Frodo!
Two, two, the watchful Towers, guarding over Mordor O!
Three, three the Elf-rings;
Four for the Hobbits on the Quest;
Five for the Wizards from the West
and Four for the questing Hobbits;
Six for the six Names of the King
Seven for the Dwarf-lords’ magic Rings
and Six for the names of Strider
Eight for the ancient Elf-swordsoreight Aratar
Nine for the Nine brave Walkers or Nine whiteWalkers
Ten for the battles of the Ring

The Silmarillion (stuff)

19,December,2006 at 5:40 (Book Reference, My Fantasy)

Thumb The Silmarillion

Buku The Silmarillion menceritakan awal terjadinya dunia yang bernama Arda, jauh sebelum cerita Lord Of The Rings (The Trilogy).

  • The Great Sea (of the West) – Samudra luas yang memisahkan Middle-earth dengan Aman,

Baca sendiri lanjutanya …

Inilah Fantasy paling gila yang pernah saya baca …

Arti Sebuah Buku

19,December,2006 at 4:21 (Book Reference, My Fantasy)

Book Of Fantasy
